Wagon Train is a time for students to get away with leaders and peers, grow in their relationship with God, and each other, and of course, have a ton of fun in the mountains!
 
Payment dates
The cost is $789. A $150 deposit is due within 7 days of registration.

• $150 non-refundable deposit due at registration
• $200 non-refundable payment - Due March 22nd
• Final amount non-refundable payment - Due May 6th

*IMPORTANT:  If you choose to cancel after registration and/or any payment due dates, the parent or guardian is responsible for the total amount that had come due up to the date of cancellation. The only exceptions are student sickness or family emergency.

THE WHY: Hume Lake has non-refundable payment dates as well and once we submit payment, we cannot get a refund.

BBQ Fundraiser: We will be doing our annual BBQ fundraiser again so get ready to start selling tickets! This fundraiser has potential to pay for the camp balance (after the deposit is made) so start making your lists now of family, friends and neighbors. We will also have opportunities for sponsorships so that every ticket can fully go towards a student's camp payment. We will begin passing out the fundraiser on Sunday, February 1st, after the gathering.

Finally, we never want the cost of camp to be a reason to not attend. If your family needs any financial assistance to help reduce the cost of camp please, contact Coleman ASAP!
